Paula joined GWP in 2023 as a member of the international development/climate resilience team. She develops solutions for sustainable water resource management, climate change impact assessment and adaptation measures. Previously she has worked in water management for catchments and agriculture, gaining experience in irrigation and drainage systems, remote sensing for precision agriculture, water resources and environmental engineering.

I am passionate about using my skills to make a meaningful contribution to society, by helping improve access to water resources and supporting sustainable practices – especially where communities are most at harm from climate change.
