Clive has 30 years’ experience globally in groundwater and surface water resources management, climate change adaptation, flood and drought risk management, water sector governance, and strategic risk planning. He is an accomplished project manager and international development specialist.
Clive leads GWP’s water resources and climate adaptation team. Before joining GWP in 2004, he managed an international water and sanitation programme in the Pacific and worked in senior technical and leadership roles in the water utility and environmental consultancy sectors. He holds senior technical advisory positions on national and international industry and development bodies.
